（中央社記者王淑芬高雄7日電）颱風尼伯特直撲台灣，全台進入防災戒備，高雄市長陳菊今天巡視鼓山運河整治工程及截流抽水站更新工程，同時要求市民做好防颱準備。

高雄市有多處窪易淹水地區，其中鼓山三路、厚生路一帶都容易淹水，水利局已經辦理改善工程，尚未完工。

水利局總工程司韓榮華指出，南鼓山一帶是典型的易淹水區域，常因柴山山區高流量逕流水沖刷匯入市區雨水下水道，加上下游受愛河水位頂托影響，致使市區雨水下水道沿線低地湧水造成水患。

水利局辦理於台泥廠區內設置山邊明渠，將柴山山區高逕流的洪水，以不經市區雨水下水道的方式，繞流到鼓山運河，並於新設明渠沿線設置滯洪池以調控洪峰流量，改善鼓山排水。

目前河道改善工程進度逾半，韓榮華說，明渠沿線設置兩個滯洪池已具有數萬噸滯洪功能，有助於緩衝南鼓山的積水。

陳菊表示，市府重視低窪易淹水地區的改善工程進度，與防治效益；她說市府近日完成防颱水閘門及抽水站的檢視，也呼籲民眾要嚴防颱風，減少損失。1050707
